the earth passing forward
feels different than the past
underneath my feet passed over
my heart feels so light in passing
the earth forward that i am different
underneath the past passing over the earth

I’ve been hanging out in the mountains the last three days listening jazz and reading poetry on my phone…seems like the passing of that time has gain more meaning with your poem. 😉

i like to create poems with sentences that start on any word of the strophe. not always achieved but it makes for many layers of meaning and feeling…

      • it makes reading your poems multiple times AND enjoying it not only possible, but necessary.
        everytime I get something different.
I like something different each time I read.
