#174. men in the mirror

jackals
wind

fathers apart
from their sons

we go on
and our tears exult

simple
how separation is

wind
jackals

sons apart
from their fathers

our tears go on
and we exult

complicated
how connection is

jackals
wind

Interesting by turning the phrase from ‘jackals wind” to ‘wind jackals’ you go from hero to beast…very interesting structure…I liked it.

I love to experiment with things like order, antonyming poems, cut and fold et al. i learn a lot about the integrity of my forms and the poems often end up stronger as a result. glad u liked it.
